摘    要:用设定的标准曲线统计量与标准系列的实测值间的相对偏差为回归参数 ,来确定标准曲线方程 ,以解决现行标准曲线回归方法中各测点相对偏差分布不均、总体相对偏差偏大的问题 ,避免将回归得到的标准曲线用于低浓度样品测定而引起的误差

Abstract:Taking the relative deviation between statistical value of set standard curve and measured value as regression parameters,this paper determines the standard curve's equation to solve problems of that the distribution of each measuring point's relative deviation in existing standard curve regression method and that the general relative deviation is somewhat bigger,and to avoid the errors caused by using the standard curve obtained from the regression in the measurement of the examples with low concentration.
