摘    要:利用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PCVD)法对低硅钢进行SiCl4涂层处理,然后进行高温扩散,制得高硅钢,使其磁性能大为改善,从而铁损P15/50降低约45.1%,磁感应强度提高4.5%左右

Abstract:High silicon steel was made from low silicon steel by using Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposit(PCVD)Method and PCVD treated at T 3 for one hour.The magnetic performance of silicon steel was dramatically improved and its magnetic induction was increased about 4.5% while totalloss in the iron decreased about 45.1%.
