Abstract:The ESR apectra of DCEL ZnS: Mn, Cu powder samples were studied and the luminescence intensities of the samples were detected. The ESR parameters had certain corresponding relation luminescence intensity. The main factor of the luminescence concentration quenching was suggested. The dependence of ESR parameters luminescence characteristic on the firing temperature and annealing of the samples was discussed.
