智能车辆轴载质量动态监测系统的研究与设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于AD7714和AT89C52单片机的两级分布式智能车辆轴栽质量动态监测系统。该系统能够动态实时、自动监测、显示不同车型及相应的轴栽质量、超载语音信息提示、存储每天车辆轴栽质量以及超载信息可随时查询、打印等功能。实际运行结果表明,该系统工作可靠、实用,对于从根本上避免超载现象及由此引发的交通事故,有很大的作用。

Abstract:The paper present a distributed intelligent monitoring system used to measure the axial load in the transport vehicles based on the AD7714 and AT89C52 single-chip computers. The system has such functions as automatically real-time and dynamic display of the quality of the axial load, storage and query of information on weight at any time, voice alarm, etc. The results indicate that the system is reliable and practical. It has a good effect on avoiding traffic accidents because of overload.
