摘    要:本文提出机床变速箱噪声直接诊断方法。在箱体外壁听诊,可初步诊断某些主要噪声源的相关元件或所在方位。采用测头近距测试有关元件的噪声,能够迅速准确地确定变速箱的主噪声源。并使用精密声级计,测量箱体有关表面各点声压及对主要噪声元件近距频谱分析。

Abstract:A direct method is developed for the noise diagnosis to the head-stock of machine tool. By this method, through only auscultatingdirectly the noise made by headstock from its outer surface, somemain noise sources can be determined roughly in association with thecomponents and elements concerned or the possible orientations to befound. Stethoscopes, close to the headstock to be measured,are usedto examine rapidly and exactly the noise level made from differentcomponents or elements,and thus to determine the main noise sources.To verify the result of diagnosis, a precision sound- level meteris used to determine the sound pressure levels at different points onthe surface of headstock close to noise source,and a short- range fre-quency analysis is made for main elements making noise.
