| 摘 要： | 本文提出了用神经网络确定动态系统最优决策的方法，介绍了实现这种人工神经网络的电路，并给出了仿真计算实例。本文提出的方法容易掌握，所设计的神经网络运算速度快、稳定性能好，可用于确定动态系统的最优决策。
