摘    要:对目前橡胶工业采用的显微照相法,进行了很大改进,做出以下新成果:(1)在计算机屏幕上清晰地显示炭黑粒子在橡胶中分布的彩色图案,取得合理地刻划炭黑粒子分散性的数量指标。(2)确定分类对象的相似性,提出分散性判定的比较判别法,由计算机自动判别出待测胶料炭黑分散度的级别,国内目前尚无同类技术。

Abstract:Model identification of carbon black dispersion is a project that improves the quality of rubber and reduces the loss of waste with high science and technology means. The accomplishment of the project will produce remarkably economical benefit. Many people of the rubber industry are anxious to get the new technique. In this paper, the Micro-Graphic method which is used now is greatly improved, and some new conclusions are as follows.(1)The colorful patterns of carbon particles dispersing in rubber will show on the screen of computer clearly, and people can find out how to acquire the target of amount that reasonably describes the dispersion of carbon particles.(2)Determine the similarity of classified objects and put forward the comparing discriminant method. Computer will automatically judge the scale of dispersion of carbon. Up to now,there isn't the same kind of technology in our country.
