肚倍蚜过夏滞育——形成蜡球规律的初步研究

摘    要:以人工模拟自然的石板加土培养细枝赤齿藓,并以滴灌方式保持赤齿藓的潮湿环境培养肚倍蚜较好,胎生无翅若蚜蜡球形成为35.4%.另外,使赤齿藓的含水量保持在65~75%,蜡球形成部位多集中在赤齿藓的中、下部,对胎生无翅若蚜的过夏滞育有利。

Abstract:Teh viviparus wingless nymph of Kaburagia rhusicda only diapause smoothly as forming wax-gland ball on the proper hosts such as Erihro-datium teptothallum. By culturing under the circumstauceog imitating natural tone, the rate of forming wax-gland ball is 35,4%. It is advantageous to the summer diapause,when the moisture content is kept from 65%to75% and the wax-gland ball forming site concentrate mostly on the middle and lower parts of Kaburagia rhusicda.
