| 摘 要： | 以紫花苜蓿雷达克之星、巨人201＋Z为材料，采用盆栽试验，研究了干旱对紫花苜蓿幼苗生长的影响．结果表明干旱胁迫条件下，紫花苜蓿幼苗地上生物量、地下生物量及总生物量均下降；叶片含水量降低；叶面积变小；主根系长度增加，主根直径减少，须根数量减少；紫花苜蓿脯氨酸含量增加． |

| Abstract: | In this paper, researching the impact of the drought stress on two alfalfa. The result showed： Under the drought stress conditions, alfalfa＇ s output and water content reduced, the leaf of alfalfa will smaller than CK, alfalfa seedlings main root length increased, fibrous root decreased in the number, and lower the underground biomass; the content of Alfalfa＇s proline increased. |
