教师创新素质的职后培养

摘    要:师培院校教师创新素质培养的措施有:学历培训应由“知识型”模式向“能力型”、“创新型”模式转变;非学历培训应走教育科学研究之路。教育主管部门教师创新素质培养措施有:改变传统的教师评价方式;建立吸引教师参加科研活动的激励机制等。

Abstract:teachers' Training measures in innovtive quality in teachers' colleges are:training for records of formal schooling should be transformed form "knowledge model"to"ability Model"or"innovation model";training for non records of formal schooling should follow an educational and scientific research course.The authorities in charge of education should change their traditional methods of evaluating teachers and establish encouragement system which encourages all teachers to engage in scientific research.
