师范院校汉字规范化标准化教学管理改革探索

目前,师范类院校在汉字规范化、标准化教学管理方面尽管各有成功经验,但是从整体上看,仍然重视不够,学生不规范、不标准的写字用字现象仍相当严重,整体上反映出未来教师综合素质欠缺问题。笔者以为师范类院校必须加强汉字规范化、标准化教学管理改革;确立课题研究,加强理论建设;改革教学体制,实施系统管理;加强师资培训,突出示范作用;定期检查评比,净化校园环境;实施综合训练,确保目标落实;引入竞争机制,激励考核兼用;突出个别指导,层层过滤把关。

The Reform and Investigation of Teaching Management of the Normalization and Standardization of Chinese Character in Teachers''''College

At present,though there are many successful experiences in the teaching management of normalization and standardization of Chinese character in teachers' Colleges,yet on the whole, the normalization and standardization of it has not received enough attention, and many college students still write and use non-standard Chinese character. This ,on the whole,reflects the problem that the going-to-be teachers lack the comprehensive qualities.We think that we should enforce the teaching management and reform of normalization and standardization of Chinese character.In this paper, we decide the research topics, enforce theory construction and reform the teaching system.We believe that it's necessary to carry out the systematic management,enforce the teacher's training,oudstand the use of models,compare and appraise the results regularly. Besides, We need to purify college environment,carry out the comprehensive training to ensure our goals.We should import the factors of competition and use both encouragement and examination.We should strenthen the individual directions and the checking work of the training results.
