| 摘 要： | 作为社会交际的语言工具,为适应社会的需要,汉字必须规范.汉字的不断涌现和汉字的不断规范,两者伴随着汉字的整个发展过程.秦始皇的"书同文"是汉字发展史上第一次国家规范汉字.唐朝在规范汉字方面取得了卓越的成就.新中国成立之后,迅速而彻底地制止自古以来"正体""通体""俗体"并行的混乱局面,在全国推行"规范汉字".
