| 摘 要： | 木文以 a—荼酚醋酸作为底物,用显微分光光度法定量测定了16例食管癌手术标本的正常粘膜、癌旁粘膜和癌细胞内 ANAE 的活性。结果表明:大多数生长活跃的癌细胞及癌旁上皮细胞 ANAE 的活性较正常增高。但不同病例或同一病例,同一组织中细胞之间差异也大。提出本法对细胞的 ANAE 活性定量测定只可作为了解食管癌癌变过程及癌的生物学行为的一个指标,未能作为诊断指标。

| Abstract: | By using α-Naphthyl acetate as a substrate,the ANAE activity of normal epithelium,paracancercus epithelium and carcinoma cells from 16 cases of surgical resorted specimens of esophageal carcinoma was measured by micro-spectrophotometry.The results showed that the ANAE activity of carcinoma and paracancerous epithelium in most of the cases was higher than that of normal epithelium.The data obtained from micro-spectrophotometry varied from specimen to specimen,and from area to area in the same specimen.Therefore,it is suggested that the determination of ANAE activity should be used only for studying the biological behavior of esophageal carcinoma,but not for the diagnosis of malignant changes. |
