摘    要:提出了一种评估发输电合成系统可靠性的新算法。该算法以传统蒙特卡罗模拟法为基础,在模拟前,对系统中所有的单、双重故障进行筛选,形成双重故障加速表;在模拟过程中,考虑所有多重故障,并使用双重故障加速表来评估多重故障。引入了启发性算法思想以削减计算量,提出了基于同心松弛的相关区域、调整区域的概念,并将它们用于判断故障元件相关程度,从而有效地对预想事故进行筛选。它们还用于系统潮流重分布和潮流调整。对IEEERTS系统(24母线,38条线路,32个发电机)和东北电力系统(331母线,467条线路,179个发电机)进行了可靠性评估。结果表明,这种新型算法是可信的和有效的。新算法在系统规模扩大时,计算量的增长方式近似线性。因此,提出的新算法可以有效地对规模较大的系统进行可靠性评估。

Abstract:A new algorithm for composite system reliability evaluation is proposed. The new algorithm is based on the traditional Monte Carlo simulation method. Before simulation, an acceletation table is formed according to the screening results of all the single and double outages; during the simulation, all the multiple outages are considered and evaluated by using the acceleration table. In order to reduce the computational quantity, a heuristics algorithm is adopted. The concepts of relevant regions and regulative regions are proposed based on the concept of central relaxation and used to judge the relations between the outage components, which makes it efficient to screen the possible outages. The concepts are also used in power flow remedy. The IEEE RTS (24 bus, 38 line, 32 generator) and the Northeast China Power System (220kV and 500kV, 331 bus, 467 line, 179 generator) were evaluated using the developed algorithm. Results show that the new algorithm is credible and efficient. When the scale of the system is enlarged, the computational quantity is increased linearly. So the new algorithm can be used to evaluate the reliability of the large scale power system.
