| 摘 要： | 通过分析长治市经济结构调整走过的路程，指出近年来长治市依靠科技进步实施相应科技工程，为经济结构高速和产业升级起到了巨大的促进作用，同时提出营造良好的社会环境，是经济结构调整和产业升级顺利进行并取得成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the route of economic structure adjustment of Changzhi City, this paper points out that the corresponding sci-tech projects practiced in Changzhi City in recent years relaying on sci-tech progress plays an important role for economic structure adjustment and industrial upgrade, and holds that constructing good social environment is an important guarantee for economic structure adjustment and industrial upgrade to carry out smoothly successfully. |
