| Abstract: | This paper attempts to introduce the basic theory and pros and cons of the Swiss Cheese model,further analyze its practical method.Then try to find out the risks which exist in the marine casualty,and corresponding solutions. The paper also tries to improve the feasibility of the Swiss Cheese model in the practical work through the analysis of the challenges encountered in the process of setting barriers. |
