| Abstract: | The problem that the big shareholders and related enterprises take up a huge sum of funds of the listed companies becomes a focus that the different objects of stock markets pay attention. This paper combines the present condition of the big shareholders and related enterprises of the listed companies of Henan, analyses the characteristics and harm that the funds of listed companies are taken up. |
