知识经济与图书馆

阐述了知识经济时代,图书馆在组织、引导人们学习、求知、读书方面不可替代的独特作用。提出图书馆在近年来兴起的“知识工程”中,要抓住3个环节：一是利用自身优势,在全社会广泛宣传勤学习的重大意义;二是加强图书馆的教育功能和服务意识,广泛开展形式多样的读书活动;三是图书馆员要转变观念,不断提高自身素质。

Knowledge Economy and Library

This paper expounds the special irreplaceable functions of the library in aspect of organizing and guiding the people to learn, seek knowledge and read books in knowledge economy era, and puts forward that the library should grasp three links in "Knowledge Engineering" launched in recent years: the first is to utilize library itself's superiority to widely publicize in whole society the important significance of being diligent at lessons learning, the second is to strengthen library's educational function and service consciousness and widely develop activities of reading books with various forms, and the third is to make the liberians transform their own ideas and constantly increase their own quality.
