小儿夹腿综合征的心理护理

目的总结对小儿夹腿综合征的护理经验。方法对72例存在夹腿综合征的小儿采取合理的综合手段进行护理干预。结果经积极护理,72例患儿均取得良好效果。结论应重视小儿夹腿症患儿的心理健康行为问题及其家长对健康知识的需求,为患儿及家长提供良好的心理社会支持系统。

Psychological Nursing Care of Pediatric Tighten Legs Syndrome

Objective To choose suitable this stage of pediatric psychological health guidance,help parents master health education contents,way,time,in order to solve the existing pediatric mental health and behavioral problems,to raise the level of health education.Methods 72 cases exist to tighten legs syndrome with self-designed questionnaire in the form of investigation analysis and summary.Results 72 effective questionnaires shows parents to this disease and their basic knowledge of pediatric mental health behavior and consciousness of health care increases,by telephone return visit education before and after education had a significant difference.Conclusions Should pay attention to pediatric clamping legs of children with behavior problems and the psychological health parents of demand of health knowledge,for children and parents to provide good psychosocial support systems.
