| 摘 要： | 随着经济的迅速发展，企业经济犯罪也随之呈现出迅猛增长的势头，如何预防企业经济犯罪已成为国家、社会公众和理论界普遍关注的问题。根据企业经济犯罪产生的原因及其特点，应通过进一步建立健全企业管理制度、完善监督机制、加强立法和司法建设、规范社会经济秩序等措施。从根本上遏制企业经济犯罪的上升趋势。
