摘 要: | 采用正交试验法对木棉/ES非织造材料的成型工艺参数进行研究,探讨了纤维质量配比、成型温度和成型时间对非织造材料保暖性能的影响程度和显著性.结果表明:木棉/ES非织造材料的成型时间对其保暖性能影响最大,其次是纤维质量配比,成型温度影响最小;获得木棉/ES非织造材料最优保暖性的工艺条件为成型时间10 min,m(木棉)∶m(ES)=30∶70,成型温度120℃.

Abstract: | The orthogonal test is employed to study the influence of heating temperature,and heating time,proportion of kapok/ES on its warmth retention property.The results show that heating time is the most important factor that affects warmth retention property,the next is proportion of kapok/ES fiber,the last is heating temperature.The optimum process parameters are presented in this study,namely the heating time is 10 min,m(kapok)∶m(ES) was 30∶70 and heating temperature is 120 ℃. |
