油田气深冷分离装置膨胀机模拟计算模型的研究

摘    要:透平膨胀机是膨胀机法深冷分离装置中的关键设备,本文根据某油田引进装置的设计条件,考核了使用 SRK(1972)、修正的 SRK(1978)和 P-R 等立方型状态方程进行膨胀机模拟计算的适用性,所得结果与原设计值和BWRS状态方程计算值基本一致,而且节省机时。由于修正的SRK方程具有较完整的二元交互作用系数,因此,在膨胀机法深冷分离计算中一般可优先考虑采用。

Abstract:Turbe expander is the key equipment in cryogenic separation system cooled by expander By use of some cubic equations of state thermodynamic properties of species are-predicted and their accuracy for simulating computation of expander are studied. The results are compared with that from BWRS equation. These equations of state are Soave-Redlich-Kwong Equation of State(1972), SRK Equation of State modified by Graboski and Daubert (1978), and Peng-Robinson Equation of State(1976) . Satisfctory results have been obtained and the computer time will be saved by using SRK and P-R Equations of State. Having completed interaction parameter for SRK Equation modified by Graboski and Daubert it would be recommended for computation of expander.
