超声波探头阵列自动探伤系统设计

摘    要:描述了由计算机控制探头阵列电扫描对列车轮对探伤工作模式,以取代机械扫描方式。电扫描工作方式可简化机械结构以及减轻探头的机械磨损,尤其是计算机对探伤波形处理和工件缺陷的定位和定性是非常方便的,本文给出了系统结构和程序框图。

Abstract:The replacing of mechanic scan with electric scanning one line probes controlled by a computer to realize flaw detection of twin train wheels is introduced.Electric scan simplify the mechanic structure and reduce the friction loss of the probes.Especially,it is very convenient to locate the defect and to treat flaw waves with a computer.The system structure figure and the program blocks are offered.
