三维弹塑性接触问题的边界元法及其在板带轧制过程分析中的应用

摘    要:介绍了考虑摩擦三维弹塑性接触问题的边界元法和具体的求解步骤,并将其应用于板带轧制过程的模拟。对板带轧制过程中轧辊与轧件的接触变形进行了分析,得到了轧辊弹性压扁、轧件边部减薄以及轧件弹复的分布规律。

Abstract:A boundary element method in framework forthree-dimensional elastic-plastic frictional contact problemand solution strategies are presented. As an example, themethod is applied to analyze the plate rolling process. Theelastic contact deformation between work roll and work-piece,work-piece deformation near the edge of plate and elastic re-covery are discussed.
