碱性矿物质对煤灰熔融特性影响的研究

摘    要:将K20和Na20添加剂按不同比例分别掺人两种煤灰中制成混合灰样,对混合灰样的熔融特性进行实验研究,采用X衍射图谱得到混合灰样不同温度的矿物组成,并利用三元系统相图进行分析.结果表明,在还原性气氛下,混合灰样灰熔点特性曲线与K2O-Al2O3-SiO2和Na2O-Al2O3-Sio2三元系统相图液相线温度曲线相似;在高温下混合灰样的矿物组成与三元系统相图的矿物组成基本一致.

Abstract:Mixed ash samples were prepared by adding coal ashes and additives of K 2O and Na 2O in different ratios. The melting characteristics and the mineral composition of the samples were investigated and a ternary phase diagram was used. Under the condition of reducing atmosphere, it is shown that the melting point characteristics of the samples were similar to those of the phase diagrams of the ternary systems K 2O Al 2O 3 SiO 2 and Na 2O Al 2O 3 SiO 2. At high temperature, the mineral composition of the samples was nearly as same as that of the ternary systems.
