| 摘 要： | 电子商务的发展面临着许多问题，其中客户与网站间的实时信息交互问题最为迫切.笔者根据ALICE的工作机制，采用JAVA、PROGRAM D、AIML技术，运用数据库技术、知识库原理、推理规则、推理策略，实现了用于电子商务订单实时处理的人机协商软件机器人.该实现拓展了聊天机器人ALICE的应用，为电子商务订单处理的实时在线协商与谈判提供了新的工具，并把人从电子商务订单处理的部分工作中解脱出来.

| Abstract: | The development of e-commerce faces many problems,among which,real-time man-machine interaction (online negotiation) is the most important.Therefore,according to the working mechanism of ALICE,applying the technology of JAVA,PROGRAM D and AIML,and utilizing database technology,knowledge theory,inference rules and inference strategy,a man-machine interaction software-robot with order real-time processing is realized.This research is beneficial to widen the applications of ALICE,provide a new way for real-time online negotiation in E-commerce orders,and release from partial work of order-processing. |
