云南省关于高等院校实施“走出去”的战略为高职高专开放办学指明了方向。国际化是云南高职高专发展的一个新生长点，应依托具有相对优势或特色的学科，聚焦培养适应国外经济发展要求和东盟自由贸易区开放的复合型高技能应用人才，增强国际化教育服务能力，积极扩大对外交流与合作。

On the Strategy of Cooperating with Foreign Countries for Vocation Education

The government of Yunnan province has shown a way out for the development of higher education,by encouraging cooperation with foreign countries.Globalization is a new starting point for higher schools in Yunnan Province.It is necessary for vocational colleges,by making a good use of our relative advantages and characteristic subjects,to focus on cultivating skilled personnel in conformity to the needs of the developing international economy and ASEAN's free trade.Therefore,our higher schools should promote our capability of training talents and welcome the cooperation and communication with foreign educational bodies.
