| 摘 要： | 如今建筑企业面临着激烈的市场竞争,加强成本管理可以使企业追求更好的经济效益,改善企业经营管理状况,甚至关系到企业的生存和发展.本文从分析当前项目成本管理存在的问题入手,提出建筑企业成本控制的几点措施,进而建立了完善的项目成本控制系统.

| Abstract: | Today construction enterprises are facing with intense market competition.In order to adapt to the demand of competition in market,the construction enterprises must strengthen their cost management,which not only can make the enterprise economic get a better development,but also can ameliorate the state of operation,and even relates to the survival and development of the enterprises.In this paper,based on analyzing the problems in current cost management,several cost control measures were put foward,perfect project cost control system were also establish. |
