摘    要:网络重构与无功补偿是配电网减小网络损耗、提高电压质量的主要手段,但二者皆受负荷时序性的影响,且随着波动性分布式电源的接入,其影响更大。针对含有出力波动分布式电源的配电网,考虑分布式电源出力以及用电负荷的随机性,基于分布式电源出力以及负荷的短期预测数据,以网络损耗最小为目标函数,给出未来24 h的最优网络重构与无功补偿方案,且以两日不同优化方案的目标函数差值作为方案是否执行的判定指标。提出了一种网络重构与无功补偿相统一的编码方法,利用和声算法进行求解。通过IEEE 33节点为算例的仿真,结果表明该优化方法能够明显降低网损并改善电压质量,证明了本模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:The networks reconfiguration and reactive compensation are two importantSmeans to improve voltage quality and reduce network loss in distribution networks,but both are affected by load degeneration,along with the fluctuated distributed generation,the effect is greater. This paper aims at the distribution network with distributed wind power,considering the randomness of wind power and load, uses short-term forecasting data of wind speed and load, takes the minimum network loss as an objective function,and then finds out the optimal solution of network topology and reactive power compensation,and takes difference of two days programs optimization objection function as the indicators to determine whether execute the new program. An encoding method which combines network reconfiguration and reactive power compensation and harmony research algorithm are adopted to search out the reasonable solution. The simulation analysis based on IEEE 33-node system demonstrates that the proposed method could reduce network loss and improve voltage quality obviously, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
