| 摘 要： | 分析了CMOS图像传感器动态范围的限制因素,介绍了目前常用的动态范围扩展技术.针对多次曝光法和多斜率积分法提升动态范围时存在的问题,提出了一种提升动态范围的新方法——多次多斜率积分法.采用基于LUPA 1300-2的相机系统对该方法进行了验证实验;并对实验结果进行了分析.结果表明多次多斜率积分法提升系统的动态范围效果明显.

| Abstract: | The factor of limiting dynamic range of CMOS image sensor is analyzed. And dynamic range extension technique used currently is introduced. For the issues existing in using multiple exposure and multi-slope integration, a new method called multiple multi-slope integration is proposed. Based on camera system of LUPA1300-2 image sensor, experiment and analysis indicate that multiple multi-slope integration improves the quality of imaging effectively. |
