摘    要:随着对缺陷识别要求的不断提高,对缺陷的形状等特征准确地表征也日益成为研究的热点。将镁合金柱状体作为研究对象,以超声检测为手段,通过借鉴医学中常用的三维显示方法——轮廓线重构法,对研究对象中的缺陷进行三维反演。首先对检测后的信号通过转化极坐标实现缺陷的定位,之后使用轮廓线重构法对每一截面的轮廓实行勾画,通过将每一个轮廓面的中心点确定之后,将中心点相连接构成轴线,将每一个轮廓面连接,实现缺陷的三维反演。通过和研究对象进行比较分析,结果证明,轮廓线重构法可适用于4 mm的缺陷反演。

Abstract:With the increasing requirements defect recognition, shape and other characteristics of the defects are also increasingly accurate characterization has become a hot research. This article will columnar magnesium alloy body as the research object to ultrasonic testing as a means commonly used in medicine by drawing a three-dimensional display method - contour reconstruction method for the study of defects in three-dimensional inversion. Firstly, the detected signals by the polar coordinate transformation to achieve positioning defects after reconstruction method implemented using the contour outline of the contour of each cross-section, after passing through the center of each side of the contour is determined, the center point is connected to constitute axis, each connected to a contoured surface to achieve a three-dimensional inversion defects. Through a comparative analysis and study, the results demonstrated that contour reconstruction method is applicable to 4mm defects inversion.
