农村中小学体育教学中存在问题和改革对策研究

学校体育教学管理是一个复杂而艰巨的系统工程,涉及到人的体育意识、物质基础、师资数量和质量,地区差异和传统习惯等一系列问题,如何不断深化学校体育教学的改革,全面推行素质教育已成为时代对学校的重要要求.笔者从农村中小学体育教学中存在的问题入手,结合主客观等因素,对农村中小学体育教学有关的问题做了具体分析,提出以素质教育为导向,改革农村中小学体育教学.

Study on Countermeasure of Reform and Existing Problem of Sports Teaching in Rural Primary and Middle School

The school sports teaching management is a complex and arduous system project,involving people’s sports consciousness,material base,the quantity and quality of teachers,differences regiona and traditional habit and a series of problems,how to deepen the reform of school sports teaching,comprehensive implementate quality education has become the important requirements of the era.From the rural middle and primary schools’ sports teaching problems,combined subjective and objective factors,The author concrete analyzed a few understanding problem in relation to the sports teaching of rural primary and middle school,and put forward to reform of the quality-oriented education in the rural primary and middle school sport teaching.
