摘    要:本文简述粤北食用菌栽培中原材料利用率低、栽培品种较少,栽培方式较单一、规模小与效益低等现状,试图从因地制宜充分利用本地栽培原材料、栽培多种菇类、扩大规模与加工增值、加强技术培训与指导等方面提出改进措施。

Abstract:This thesis sketches out the situation of the cultivation of Northem Guangdong edi-ble mushroom such as low stuff availability, few varieties, single cultivation method, small cul-tivation scale and low efficiency. It also attempts to give improving methods in many differentsides: to make full use of local cultivation stuff, to cultivate more vcheties, to broad cultivationscale, to increase output value, and to tighten technique training and guiding.
