| 摘 要： | 当前，我国处在新旧体制的转型期。党内少数党员干部中存在的贪污、挪用、以权谋私、腐化随落等现象还时有发生，其表现形式多种多样，产生的根源较多，如果不及时根治，势必对党的事业带来极坏的影响。因此，必须多管齐下，通过建立和健全有效的监督约束机制，加强法纪法规教育，严格惩处，从根本上铲除滋生腐败的土壤。

| Abstract: | At present,China is in the transformation period of new and old systems. The phenomena , such as corruption and peculation are existing in inner-party. It has varied forms of expression with many reasons. It will affect the cause of the Party if it is not got rid of. So some effective measures must be set up to throw away the soil of the corruption fundamentally. |
