| 摘 要： | 工科院校提高工程教育质量，培养优秀的工程科技人才，关键是建立一支高素质的教师队伍。工科院校教师既要有其他类型高校教师所共同具备的教师素质，又要有根强的工程意识和工程实践能力的特殊素质。对于如何加强工科院校教师队伍素质建设，联系当前学校教育教学改革的实际，提出了四条对策。
