钢渣可磨性与磁选提铁交互性影响的实验研究

摘    要:针对转炉钢渣可磨性差和含铁量高的状况,根据铁的赋存状态对钢渣可磨性的影响,研究了钢渣可磨性、磁选提铁及两者的交互性影响.研究表明:在细磨时间3 h以上时,钢渣粒度分布的峰值在100-120μm之间,铁含量越小,钢渣可磨性越好.钢渣的细磨次数愈多,磁选提铁越彻底.经过3次磨碎以后,可得到含铁量为45%以上的样品,钢渣中的...

Abstract:Because of poor at grindability and high-level iron of steel slag,the study focused on interaction of slag grindability and magnetic separation of steel slag.Research shows that under the condition of grinding for 3 hours,steel slag particle size distribution of peak was in 100~120 microns.The smaller iron content was,the better grindability of steel slag cancould.The more grinding times of steel slag was,the more magnetic separation would be made.After three time grinding,fine powder with iron content of more than 45% was obfained,the iron content of steel slag was cut down by 8.89%.
