| 摘 要： | 四字格在各类公文写作中被广泛运用，体现了公文语言的节奏美和音韵美，能产生较好的修辞表达效果。四字格在公文中主要表现为成语和新创造的四字短语。

| Abstract: | Four-character standards are widely utilized in kinds of archives writing,which shows the rhythm and chord of archives language,so as to achieve better rhetoric and expressional affects.Four-character standard phrases used in archives are mainly realized by using idioms and newly-creating four-character phrases. |
