| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the labor organization and labor system of Daqin Railroad Line, and points out that adjusting the productivity configuration is the foundation of improving the labor organization, and establishing the internal competition mechanism and the salary distribution system with effective excitation and powerful restraint is an important method for improving the labor organization and labor system. |
