基于模糊PID的火焰钎焊气体压力控制器设计

摘    要:工业生产中火焰钎焊工艺广泛运用,焊接过程中可燃气体(煤气)和助燃气体(氧气)压力的稳定性对焊接温度和效果影响很大.本文针对火焰焊接设备在生产中出现的可燃和助燃气体压力波动问题,运用模糊PID算法对气体进行恒压拉制,并增加了生产过程中的故障信号报警功能.实际运行结果表明,控制效果良好,运行稳定可靠.

Abstract:The technology of torch brazing is widely used in manufacturing production. In the production, the press of flammable gas, coal gas, and combustion-supporting gas, oxygen, is of great effect to the welding temperature and the welding quality. To resolve this problem, we applied the fuzzy PID algorithm to achieve constant gas pressure, and realized malfunction alarm which is necessary in production. The practical operation shows good treatment efficiency in improved process and steady operation.
