摘    要:本研究选取嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)AHl为研究对象,利用甲醛制备嗜水气单胞茼AH1全菌灭活疫苗,终浓度为0.06%甲醛可将嗜水气单胞菌AHl完全灭活;该灭活全菌疫苗腹腔注射小白鼠未见不良反应,在第21d免疫组小白鼠的血清凝集效价达2^8,而对照组没有出现凝集反应.在此基础上进行小白鼠免疫保护实验,结果表明该全菌灭活疫苗保护效果达100%.本实验将为我们进一步开发和应用嗜水气单胞茼全菌灭活疫苗奠定良好的理论和实践基础.

Abstract:The inactiviated whole bacteria vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila AHI was prepared by the concentration of 0.06% formaldehyde, which did not cause adverse reactions in mice through intraperitoneal injection. At day 21, agglutination titer of immunized group sera was 28, but control group did not show agglutinative reaction. After protection experiment, the protective effect of inactiviated whole bacteria vaccine was 100% in mice. This study might establish a good theoretical base for development and utilization the Aeromonas hydrophila inactiviated whole bacteria vaccine.
