| 摘 要： | 加强农产品质量安全管理，已成为我国现代农业发展一项重要而紧迫的任务。利用DEMATEL方法对影响农产品质量安全的相关因素进行因果关系分析，同时根据量化结果对影响因素集进行因果分类和重要程度排序，找出影响农产品质量安全的关键因素，以期为农产品质量安全管理决策提供科学的依据。
