| 摘 要： | 提出一种简单而高效的彩色图象压缩方法。一幅真彩色图象经编码后，其码率由２４ｂｉｔｓ／ｐｉｘｅｌ下降到１．７５ｂｉｔ／ｐｉｘｅｌ，重建图象仍能保持较好的视觉效果。实验结果表明此方法简单，效果良好

| Abstract: | This paper presents a simple and efficient method for color image compression. After a color image is encoded,its bit rate ranges from 24 to 1.75 bit/pixel,the reconstructed image preserving good visual effect. Experimental results show that this method is simple and efficient. |
