| Abstract: | in this paper, accordding.to the, effect of the theory of relativity on some properties of the heavy element atoms, a new explaination has been propose,proposed by the authors. The results are quite satisfactory. And the study of quantum chemistry in relation to the theory of relativity on the properties of element is just unfolding in a deep going way. |
