| 摘 要： | 本文利用公路部门每年用大量投放获取的交通量调查资料，把复杂的公路网模糊系统，用交通量和现有公路的通行能力综合表示为一种模糊关系，并用经济状况的收入、输入及规划年经济发展水平来调整公路网的模糊关系，最终达到规划的目的
