| 摘 要： | 一种垂直导电型的场效应管—ＶＭＯＳ场效应管，应用在电火花脉冲电源上，改善了脉冲电源的性能，使电火花加工水平得以提高。本文列举了ＶＭＯＳ管电路的一些典型应用。

| Abstract: | Results on the deep penetration welding of hightemperature steel (35CrMo) with 800W CO 2 laser are studied.Various technological parameters and other factors influencing the effect of laser welding quality and property are discussed and the optimal technological parameters have beenfound. |
