加盐萃取精馏分离甲乙酮-水恒沸物的研究

摘    要:以乙二醇与醛酸钾的混合物作萃取剂,采用加盐萃取精馏的方法对甲乙酮-水二元恒沸体系进行分离,设计了工艺流程,确定了操作条件,得到了纯度为99.5%的甲乙酮产品,萃取剂可用减压蒸馏的方法回收,回收的萃取剂循环使用基本不影响分离性能,结果表明乙二醇与醛酸钾的混合物是分离甲乙酮-水二元恒沸物的理想萃取剂。

Abstract:The separation of azeotrope of methyl ethyl ketone water has been investigated by extractive distillation using the mixture of ethylene glycol and potassium acetate as an extractant. The process flow sheet and operation conditions have been determined and the purity (as mass fraction) of methyl ethyl ketone can reach 99.5%. The extractant can be recovered through reduced pressure distillation and the recovered extractant can be reused without influencing the separation. The results show that the mixture of ethylene glycol and potassium acetate is a very effective extractant in the separation of azeotrope of methyl ethyl ketone water.
