摘    要:物流服务可靠性是物流服务质量的核心组成要素,是物流管理中的一个重要问题.本文在分析物流服务供应链的物流能力以及其二级结构的基础上,运用随机Petri网理论对物流服务供应链可靠性问题进行建模分析,计算得到物流服务供应链的可靠性指标表达式(稳态可用度与可靠度),并将物流服务供应链的串联与并串联结构进行对比分析,得到的结论是:当物流服务分包商提供的物流服务存在竞争时,物流服务供应链可靠度和稳态可用度指标更优,该研究成果将为物流服务供应链可靠性管理提供决策支持.

Reliability of logistics service supply chain based on stochastic Petri nets

Abstract:Logistics service reliability is the core component of logistics service quality, which is an important issue in logistics management. Based on the analysis of logistics capability and its two-echelon structure of logistics service supply chain, the reliability problem of logistics service supply chain is modeled on the basis of using stochastic Petri nets theory, and the reliability index of the logistics service supply chain expressions (steady-state availability and reliability) are calculated, and then series and parallel-series structures of logistics service supply chain are compared and analyzed. The conclusion is that when there is competition between logistics services provided by subcontractors, there is better reliability index (reliability and steady state availability) in logistics service supply chain. The results of the study will provide decision support for logistics service supply chain reliability management.
