| 摘 要： | 讨论了高级脂肪乙醇酰胺的最佳合成工艺条件及产品的最佳配方,通过封存实验、密闭空间减量实验等实验方法,评价了产品的防锈性能。结果表明产品对钢、铜、铝等金属有良好的防锈作用。性能比较实验证明产品性能优于目前广泛使用的亚硝酸二环己胺,是一种性能优异的环保型产品。

| Abstract: | The optimal synthesis processing conditions and composition of higher fatty glycollic amide was discussed. The performance of inhibitor was evaluated through mothballing experiment and sealing weight-loss experiment. The result shows the inhibitor is a super rust inhibitor for steel, copper and aluminum. The performance comparison experiment shows that ZH-1 is superior to the widely used dicyclohexylamine nitrite inhibitor. |
