| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设,面临着难得的历史机遇,也面临着诸多挑战和问题。其问题主要包括:农村老年弱势群体经济收入低、劳动负担重;家庭养老功能弱化;老年人缺少精神慰藉,社会参与机会少等。解决这些问题的对策主要有:加强农村文化软实力建设;加快农业科技进步,实施农村老人增收工程;青年志愿者、社会工作者以及专家学者、第三部门和私人企业等适时介入;完善农村为老服务体系,建构农村老年人社会支持网络。
