| 摘 要： | 高校心理健康教育专业化是当前教育改革的需要,也是心理健康教育本身发展的必然结果,它有助于提高从业教师的社会地位。因此高校必须确立心理健康教育专业化的理念,从管理机制、组织结构、培训机制等方面创新来多层次、多维度地促进心理健康教育的专业化发展。

| Abstract: | Specialization of psychological education is a must of present education reform as well as a natural result of the development of psychological education itself.It helps improve the social status of the staff involved in this field.In light of this,the concept of specialization of psychological education must be confirmed.The development in specialization of psychological education should be promoted from such multi-perspectives as establishing a management system,an organization,and a training system. |
